Terms and Conditions – Saif Agriculture

1. Introduction

Welcome to Saif Agriculture. These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase, use, and services provided by Saif Agriculture regarding new and used tractors, warranties, payments, parts returns, product shipments, and customer responsibilities. By purchasing from us, you agree to abide by these terms.

2. New Tractors – Purchase Terms

• All new tractors sold by Saif Agriculture come with a manufacturer’s warranty (refer to Section 4 for details).

• Once purchased, a tractor cannot be canceled or returned unless it has a manufacturing defect that is covered by warranty.

• Customers are responsible for ensuring they select the right model based on their agricultural needs.

• Payment must be made in full or through an approved financing plan before delivery.

3. Used Tractors – Purchase Terms

• Used tractors are sold “as-is” with no implied or expressed warranties unless explicitly stated at the time of purchase.

• The customer must inspect the tractor before purchase. No refunds or exchanges are allowed after purchase.

• If a used tractor is sold with a limited warranty, the coverage details will be provided at the time of sale.

4. Warranty Terms

• New Tractors: Warranty covers manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship for a period specified by the manufacturer.

• Warranty does not cover damages caused by improper use, accidents, neglect, or unauthorized modifications.

• Warranty Claims: The customer must notify Saif Agriculture immediately in case of an issue. The company reserves the right to inspect the tractor before approving warranty repairs.

• Used Tractors: If a warranty is provided, coverage will be detailed in the purchase agreement.

• Repairs and Servicing: Warranty repairs will be carried out by authorized service providers only. Any unauthorized repair will void the warranty.

5. Customer Abuse Policy

• Saif Agriculture has a zero-tolerance policy toward abusive behavior directed at its employees, technicians, or support staff.

• Any form of verbal abuse, threats, or physical harm will result in the immediate suspension of services and may lead to legal action.

• Customers must communicate concerns in a professional and respectful manner.

6. Payment Terms and Late Payment Policy

• All purchases must be paid in full before shipment or delivery unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

• If a financing agreement is in place, the customer must comply with the payment schedule.

• Late Payments:

• A grace period of 7 days is provided for late payments.

• After 7 days, a late fee of 5% of the outstanding amount will be applied.

• If a payment remains overdue for 30 days, Saif Agriculture reserves the right to reclaim the tractor or take legal action to recover the balance.

7. Parts Return Policy

• All parts sales are final unless the wrong part was supplied by Saif Agriculture.

• Parts must be unused and in their original packaging to be eligible for return.

• Customers must request a return within 7 days of receiving the part.

• A restocking fee of 15% may apply for returns due to customer ordering errors.

• Electrical parts are non-returnable once opened.

8. Product Shipments and Delivery

• Delivery dates are estimated and may be subject to delays due to logistics, weather, or supplier issues.

• Saif Agriculture is not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping companies.

• Customers must inspect shipments upon delivery and report any damages or missing items within 48 hours.

• If a product is lost in transit, Saif Agriculture will assist in resolving the issue but is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers.

9. Limitation of Liability

• Saif Agriculture is not liable for damages caused by improper use of tractors or failure to follow operating guidelines.

• The company is not responsible for any loss of revenue, profits, or operational delays caused by tractor breakdowns, late deliveries, or parts shortages.

10. Amendments and Updates

• Saif Agriculture reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

• Any updates will be posted on our official website SaifAgriculture.com and will be effective immediately upon publication.
